Emotions at Work
Hey..feels nice to be back to writing after a month and a half…… Well, it seemed to be almost a year here at IMT…may be coz of so many happenings in such a short duration or coz of the initial teething problems which seemed to be never ending. It has been a roller-coaster ride till now. I started with a bumpy ride in the beginning. Life seemed to be hell. Here I was in the midst of all non-familiar faces, didn’t have much to do apart from sleeping through yoga classes, orientation sessions and introductory classes. I was in no position to know where I was directed to and what I was doing in such a place. It seemed one has to compete for everything- right from reserving your place in committees to as trivial a issue as getting food in the mess. It seemed there was no one for you, you just have to know everybody around you to create a good impression on others so that you can work with them in teams.
